Dont worry, be happy

If you're depressed or simply want to have a good day here are some things to snap you out of that mood:

  • Start the day off by waking up to something that makes you happy, can be putting on your favourite scarf, setting your alarm clock to play your favourite song (Some iPods have this setting)
  • Give someone a hug, whether it be your Pet dog, Mum, Dad or your Teddy bear.
  • Suround your self with positive people, not 'friends' who make you feel like dirt.
  • Be your own best friend - You have to love youself before anyone can love you.
  • Help other people -  Make everyone around you feel good and you will to, you'll have a purpose and you'll feel great!
  • Express youself - Instead of keeping your feelings bottled up, do something creative and put them to use. Draw a picture that means something to you or make a gift to thank those that have helped you.
  • Get some fresh air - It's a fact that it clears your head and makes it easier to sort out your mind palace, go for a walk or play your favourite sport. getting active also releives stress.
